Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Mobile Experiences to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of FranConnect’s mobile products. This role focuses on solving the right problems for manager-, employee-, and franchisee-facing experiences, with an emphasis on critical, field-first daily workflows .
You’ll work in a close product triad with Design and Engineering , partnering with offshore engineering teams in India to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Own the product vision and roadmap for FranConnect’s mobile experiences Define and prioritize solutions for field-first, daily-use workflows Balance the needs of managers, employees, and franchise stakeholders Partner with Design to shape intuitive, consistent mobile experiences Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, performant mobile solutions Use data, customer feedback, and business context to define problems and measure outcomes Align mobile strategy with broader product and platform goals Present mobile strategy, decisions, and results to customers and product leadership
