1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WFH.team, including our website, candidate dashboard, remote job matching tools, email alerts, application tracker, employer tools, paid subscriptions, and related services.
By using WFH.team, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
WFH.team provides remote job intelligence for candidates. Candidates can create a profile, import resume information, review matched job listings, save jobs, track applications, receive alerts, and access paid features when available.
WFH.team may also provide employer and recruiter tools for posting jobs, reviewing relevant candidates, and contacting candidates through approved product flows.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to access WFH.team. We may use passwordless sign-in links or other authentication methods.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current. You may not use another person's account or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employer, or hiring authority.
4. Candidate responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of resumes, profile information, salary preferences, eligibility information, application notes, and any information submitted to employers or third-party job sites.
WFH.team may provide match scores, fit explanations, resume gaps, and recommendations, but these are informational tools only. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, immigration eligibility, or hiring outcomes.
5. Employer responsibilities
Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of job posts, compensation information, remote-work claims, application URLs, hiring criteria, and communications with candidates.
Employers must comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, privacy, wage transparency, worker classification, and recruiting laws. WFH.team may reject, remove, or edit job posts that appear inaccurate, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, non-remote, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Remote job listings
WFH.team aims to surface confirmed remote roles, but job information can change quickly. A listing may be modified, filled, expired, closed, or changed by the employer after we import or display it.
You should verify role details, compensation, location eligibility, and application requirements directly with the employer before relying on a listing or accepting an offer.
7. Paid features and billing
WFH.team may offer paid features such as expanded match access, daily alerts, full fit analysis, resume review, coaching, recruiting services, or other premium tools. Prices, feature limits, and plan details may change over time.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By purchasing a paid feature, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the payment provider terms presented at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue a paid plan.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use WFH.team to post false jobs, scrape or resell our data, spam candidates or employers, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or abuse other users.
You may not use automated systems to access WFH.team in a way that burdens the service or bypasses product limits without our written permission.
9. User content
You retain ownership of resumes, profile information, job posts, notes, and other content you submit. You grant WFH.team a limited license to host, process, analyze, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content to WFH.team and that your content does not violate law or the rights of others.
10. Third-party services
WFH.team may include links to employer websites, job boards, payment providers, social networks, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, job application flows, hiring decisions, payment provider actions, or content outside WFH.team.
11. Disclaimers
WFH.team is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free matching, complete job coverage, specific hiring outcomes, or that every listed role will remain available or remote.
Match scores, resume gaps, salary estimates, eligibility signals, and recommendations are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WFH.team and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or employment decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to WFH.team for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you did not pay us during that period.
13. Termination
You may stop using WFH.team at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for WFH.team or other users, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
Your continued use of WFH.team after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
