: Reviews Rate Lock Confirmation and file to determine whether file meets the product guidelines. Reviews documentation to anticipate any questions or concerns underwriting may have. Communicating to the Partner Bank requesting the additional documentation. Reviews Mavent to ensure file is compliant with all regulatory
Requirements
Runs AUS findings to determine file is saleable to the agencies. Submits to Underwriting for conditional loan approval. Reviews the conditional approval, obtain all non-borrower conditions. Review all borrower and non-borrower conditions to determine they satisfy the
Requirements
Stays current on legal and regulatory changes. Complies with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including, but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and related anti-money laundering statutes, and federal consumer protection legislation and regulations.
