and Essential Functions Manage submission intake and track new business using Excel and Excel Online Review and clear new business submissions Enter submission data into the Policy Administration System to process rating worksheets Communicate with agents to obtain required or missing information Complete initial data entry on the Risk Analysis Worksheet (RAW) Assign submissions to appropriate underwriters with attention to detail Email policies and welcome kits to agents and policyholders Process loss run and experience modification worksheet requests Assist with preparation of renewal quotes Bind and issue policies in the Policy Administration System Process endorsements, including cancellations and reinstatements Deliver proposals and quotes within established timeframes Respond to internal compliance inquiries and external requests from agents, brokers, and policyholders Participate in training, workshops, and conventions to stay current on workers’
