IC Therapist - Highland Springs | HSSC Riverton Schedule : Flexible Hours | 15 hours/week | Remote (must live in Utah)

Compensation

: $50-53/per reimbursed hour or session provided Retention Sign-on Bonus $1,000 Hybrid/In-Person $500 Telehealth What We’re Looking For The ideal therapist is a dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic professional with a genuine passion for supporting individuals during challenging times. This role requires strong listening and communication skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.

The therapist should be comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team to provide quality care. Essential Functions The Therapist II (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC) is a fully licensed clinician that conducts mental health assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers evidence-based psychotherapy interventions. The Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives.
