What you'll do

Participants must record themselves in real workplace environments across hospitality, manufacturing, retail, cleaning, and construction settings.

Activities may include:

Food prep, meal prepping, kitchen and cafe operations

Assembly lines, packaging, warehouse logistics

Stocking shelves, sorting inventory, back-of-house retail

Office and commercial building cleaning

Installation, repair, and skilled labor tasks

Recording Requirements

Participants must ensure:

Full visibility of arms, hands, and fingers throughout the recording.

Tasks are completed naturally and intentionally.

No excessive idle time, passive activity, or repetitive motions.

Videos are recorded in real home environments such as kitchens, living rooms, and laundry areas.

Footage is authentic and not generated, staged in laboratory settings, or artificially created.

Project Requirements

Must currently reside in United States

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a device capable of recording video at 1080p resolution or higher (e.g., smartphone or action camera).

Must have a dedicated head-mount accessory capable of securely positioning the camera at forehead or eye level.

Must have access to a real workplace environments across hospitality, manufacturing, retail, cleaning, and construction settings.

Payment Details

The rate corresponds to the full completion of a 1 hour recording session (i.e. per task (1 hour) : for example Assembly lines, packaging, warehouse logistics as one task) and having at least 98% of the video quality accepted. Proportional payment will be made for video under the 1 hour threshold.

Incomplete sessions will not be compensated.

A session with a QA score lower than 98% is considered rejected and will not be compensated.

This project follows a first-come, first-served approach and operates with demographic quotas to ensure fair and balanced representation across participant groups.

As a result, some individuals may not receive a task assignment if their demographic group has already reached capacity. This helps maintain diversity and prevents over-representation within the project.

This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will participate as an Independent Contractor. If selected, you will receive instructions to create your account, complete onboarding, and begin the qualification process.
