Key Accountabilities: Actively participate in one-on-one and staff meetings, alert management when issues arise that prevent meeting deadlines and goals and provide information and assistance to management in identifying ways to continuously improve work processes. Work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a positive and supportive manner. Coordinate between Accounting Department, Troop Support Department, volunteers, and banks for statewide troop bank accounts.
Responsible for being the go-to person with account set up, council transactions, maintenance, troubleshooting, and closing accounts. Manages troop bank account reporting. Assist Product Program Department with paperwork, reporting, and cash handling duties. Coordinate between Accounting Department, Product Program Department, and volunteers with financial transactions. Accounts Receivable Duties Manage Financial Assistance process. Manage the Cash Receipts process. Be the Wells Fargo Program Administrator.
