As a Product Manager, you will help shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for compliance products within Motive’s Fleet Management portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn regulatory requirements and customer needs into high-quality products that reduce risk and deliver measurable business impact.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is customer-obsessed, data-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguous problems in a regulated environment.   • Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for compliance products in alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to build intuitive compliance experiences that help customers stay ahead of requirements and reduce operational risk.
  • Get close to customers, identify compliance pain points and opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Drive execution from concept through launch by creating clarity, managing tradeoffs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Use data and product metrics to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering commercially successful software products.
  • Experience building compliance products or working on regulated products is a plus.
  • Strong customer empathy and product intuition, with the ability to simplify complex problems into effective solutions.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and evidence to validate assumptions and guide prioritization.
  • Sufficient technical depth to work effectively with engineers and contribute to strong product decisions.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and operate effectively with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
