Product Marketing Analyst II at Delta Dental Plan Of Arizona

Delta Dental of Arizona (DDAZ), the state’s #1 dental and vision insurance company and a leading health and wellness company, is looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join our Product team. This role reports to the Director of Planning and plays a starring role in helping us ensure our product meets the needs of our customers As our Product Marketing Analyst, you’ll sit right at the intersection of product, marketing, and data; you will help turn research and market trends into the products our customer wants.

You’re just as comfortable digging through a spreadsheet of NPS scores as you are pitching a campaign concept that gets the whole room nodding. Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights. Interpret trends and patterns from complex data sets to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including managers, and marketers, to understand business goals and translate them into measurable objectives.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings. Assist in the planning and execution of new product and program launches. Communicate product plans, updates, and progress as appropriate, including to executives, customers, and partners. Additional tasks and projects as assigned. The starting pay for this role includes a base salary of $66,900 - $92,700. Local Hybrid remote. ATS provider: Paylocity. Salary: USD.
