Wagon Hill Home Loans is hiring: Mortgage Loan Originator (Builder / Construction-to-Perm Specialist) This is not a traditional mortgage role. As the dedicated lending partner to Tilson Homes, you will operate at the intersection of homebuilding and mortgage banking—helping customers finance custom homes built on their own land.
You will engage customers early in their journey—pre-qualifying them and understanding their financial goals before construction begins—and remain their trusted advisor through completion, ultimately delivering the permanent financing that pays off the interim construction financing provided by Tilson. This remote role offers a consistent flow of builder-referred business, deeper customer relationships, and the ability to differentiate through expertise—not just rate.
