- Proactive, responsible and able to take ownership of their work
- Confident in interacting with colleagues, suppliers and callers
- We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction.
- Once completed, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader.
- Responding to customer/third party correspondence.
- Speaking with third parties/solicitors to help with their queries.
- A clear development pathway via a variety of learning tools available. Including a milestone framework which recognises and rewards your learning and performance.

- Strong ability to self check for accuracy
