Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Candidate Experience Specialist. The Candidate Experience Specialist will offer a standardized, exceptional candidate experience that is welcoming and easy to use with a goal to minimize multiple contact points while navigating the hiring process at Allied Universal. The Candidate Experience Specialist’s role is to be the subject matter expert and face of the company to candidates in the specified market.

This position is considered hybrid remote with up to 20 % travel required.

Responsibilities

In coordination with Recruiting team, manage applicants in iCIMS (ATS) in various stages of the post-offer pipeline for an assigned area, advance applicants through the steps required for hiring and onboarding to ensure positive candidate experience and increase offer to hire conversion

Assist branch teams with the Schedule Onboarding and New Employee Orientation (NEO) for new applicants by reviewing completed background screening (Backgrounds Complete) and “Ready for NEO” statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and business intelligence tool (DOMO)

Conduct and Facilitate Remote NEO/Onboarding Classroom Training Session(s) in partnership with Branch Operations

Assist Recruiting Team and Branch Operations to contact candidates via phone, text, and email to confirm dates available for Orientation and send confirmation email to applicant via iCIMS

Assist the regional recruiting team with administration support related to execution of recruitment strategies to ensure healthy applicant flow such as but not limited to social media requests, community partner outreach, recruitment marketing collateral creation

Provide back up support for Human Resources Administrator, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

High School diploma or equivalent

Prior work experience in a professional administrative environment

Able to focus and multi-task in a busy environment

Ability to successfully handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner

Effective management skills; able to coordinate with multiple employees with diverse personalities and engage them to perform at optimum levels

Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology

Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

College degree in business, human resources, or related field of study

Human resources and/or recruiting experience

Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System

Experience using WinTeam or other Human Resources Information System

Experience using DOMO or other business intelligence tool
