Responsibilities

· Provide support on cash management services and consumer electronic banking products. · Promptly assist with customer inquiries including research and resolution. · Review and maintain customer deposit information files. · Responsible for deposit accounting processes including but not limited to remote deposits, wires, and electronic files. · Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks utilizing core generated reports. · Process debit card disputes and card requests.
