POSITION SUMMARY
Tomorrow’s Talent is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and mission-driven Part-Time Operations Support Specialist to help strengthen the systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes support that allow our team to make a meaningful difference for students, schools, employers, and communities.

The Operations Support Specialist will support internal operations, inventory, employee training, student onboarding, CRM systems, and program delivery. This position is primarily remote; however, the employee must be available to report to Tomorrow’s Talent’s main office in San Bernardino, school sites, partner locations, and events as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to help programs, trainings, events, and internal processes run smoothly.
Support inventory tracking, organization, supply preparation, and check-in/check-out processes for program and event materials.
Assist with coordinating and tracking employee training, onboarding items, and internal process documentation.
Support student onboarding for work-based learning experiences, including document collection, communication, scheduling, and preparation.
Be cross-trained to support and facilitate Workforce Readiness Trainings, orientations, and student-facing sessions as needed.
Support Monday.com and other internal systems by assisting with data entry, workflow updates, basic troubleshooting, and staff support.
Help prepare materials, rosters, attendance records, forms, and follow-up items for trainings, programs, and events.
Support the San Bernardino office, school sites, employer locations, and events as needed to provide in-person support.
Communicate professionally with students, staff, educators, employers, and community partners.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling student, employee, partner, and program information.
Pick up and/or deliver staff equipment and supplies, print orders, etc.
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or related coursework preferred.
Prior experience in administrative support, operations, training coordination, program support, education, workforce development, or a related field preferred.
Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM platforms, Monday.com , or similar tools preferred.
Reliable transportation for required office visits, school site visits, partner meetings, and events.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with schools, students, workforce development programs, nonprofits, or employer partnerships.
Experience with inventory tracking, operations systems, or internal process improvement.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt in accordance with applicable California wage and hour laws. The Operations Support Specialist is expected to work up to 28 hours per week and is eligible for overtime only when authorized and required by applicable law.
This role is primarily remote and operates in a professional office and virtual work environment. The position requires regular communication with internal team members and may involve communication with students, school partners, employer partners, vendors, and community stakeholders. Although the position is remote, the employee must be available to travel to Tomorrow’s Talent’s main office in San Bernardino, school sites, employer locations, partner meetings, trainings, and events as needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to:

Use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and virtual meeting platforms
