The position focuses on developing and executing strategies to grow ITT’s distribution business across the regions, driving sales, strengthening partnerships, and expanding market presence. Key Duties and

Responsibilities

Build and maintain influential relationships with senior management and key contacts at assigned distributor partners. Manage overall distributor business performance, including sales growth, product expansion, and inventory planning. Drive achievement of sales budgets (POP and POS) and deliver against growth objectives. Develop and implement strategies for new and existing product portfolios. Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer

, adapting strategy as needed. Coordinate with Product Management and Pricing to maximise product line growth. Partner with Marketing to design and execute distributor campaigns. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and BDMs to deliver regional distribution sales plans. Lead cross-functional coordination with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Operations to support growth initiatives. Analyse sales performance, inventory levels, and market opportunities to optimise coverage and results.

Gain and apply strong working knowledge of ITT internal systems, processes, and capabilities to support distributors and expand business. Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a technical field (preferred). Minimum 10 years’ experience in the electronic components industry. Proven track record in supplier and/or distribution management. Strong technical knowledge of interconnect products and applications. Demonstrated success in leading distributor growth initiatives and achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments.

Persuasive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Experience in leading cross-functional projects and programmes Willingness to travel 25–50% (Mainland Europe) to support distributors and internal teams. Department: Sales. ATS provider: Icims.
