Meridian Indianapolis, IN 46290 Human Resources Onboarding Specialist America's Group, the home office of America's Auto Auction, is seeking an exceptionally organized and resilient Onboarding Specialist to manage high-volume, multi-location onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on operational execution, enjoys managing complex administrative processes, and delivers a welcoming, engaging experience during virtual interactions with new hires. As the Onboarding Specialist, you will oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle for employees across more than 20 locations nationwide. You'll ensure every new hire is onboarded accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory

As one of the first members of our HR team that new employees interact with, you'll play a key role in representing our culture and helping every new team member feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success. Please note: While you will virtually onboard new employees located throughout the United States, this is a full-time, in-office position based with our Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

for Human Resources Onboarding Specialist: Multi-Location Compliance: Coordinate and track background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 verifications across 20 geographic locations. High-Volume Administration: Enter employee profiles into HRIS and payroll systems with 100% accuracy and swift turnaround times. Retention Tracking: Administer and analyze new-hire touchpoint surveys at 30, 60, and 90-day milestones to track candidate satisfaction.

Workflow Coordination: Multitask under pressure during peak hiring seasons to ensure no new hire falls behind schedule. ATS provider: Paylocity. Salary: USD.
