Paid Search & Growth Specialist (focus Italian Market) at Wep

We’re looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Paid Search Specialist to accelerate our performance across paid channels, with a primary focus on the Italian market and support on other strategic markets (starting with Spain). This is not just a Paid Search role: we are looking for someone with a holistic digital mindset , eager to go beyond acquisition and contribute to end-to-end growth (Search, CRM/email, GEO, experimentation…).
Your mission
As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving qualified leads and scaling performance across markets . Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a strong focus on performance (CPL, ROI, conversions), testing and continuous optimisation.
Exploring, testing and scaling advertising opportunities within AI-powered search and conversational platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini and future AI advertising environments) as new formats and capabilities become available.
Building and executing keyword strategies and campaign structures aligned with business objectives
Continuously improving campaigns through testing, optimisation and data analysis (ads, bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages)
Supporting the rollout and performance monitoring across multiple markets (Italy, Spain, and beyond)
Collaborating on landing page optimisation and CRO initiatives
Contributing to cross-channel growth initiatives :
CRM / email campaigns
GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and emerging search trends
Performance-driven content testing
Ensuring strong tracking, reporting and data quality (GA4, CRM, attribution)
Identifying new growth opportunities and scalable acquisition levers
Looking ahead
Preparing the evolution of Paid Search toward AI-driven experiences and new ad formats
Managing and testing AI-powered campaign types and ad formats as they become available (e.g. AI search ads environments)

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Paid Search / Performance Marketing (ideally in agency)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and PPC fundamentals
Familiarity with GA4, tagging and attribution models
Comfortable using AI-powered tools as part of daily workflows and eager to explore their application in digital marketing and search
Solid analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
Native Italian + Fluent in English
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
Curious, proactive and eager to learn
Nice to have
Experience working on international or multi-market campaigns
Basic knowledge of email marketing / CRM tools
Interest in SEO / GEO / content strategy
Spanis h is a plus
