Job description

Project Manager (AI Implementation) at Iqgeo

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager (AI Implementation) to join our team in Paris, working on the deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions into real-world environments.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring our AI-powered tools are successfully integrated into day-to-day operations and deliver tangible value.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams across engineering, product and delivery to support implementations from initial integration through to adoption in the field.

About us

Our Paris team is focused on building and deploying AI solutions that solve real operational challenges for global infrastructure companies. From automating image analysis to improving field operations, we are working at the intersection of AI, data, and real-world impact.

You’ll join a growing, collaborative team in Paris, working closely with engineers, product specialists and delivery experts in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The team operates with a strong sense of ownership, where individuals are encouraged to take initiative, shape how we work, and have a direct impact on both product and client outcomes.

While part of a broader international organisation, the Paris office offers a dynamic and close-knit environment, with the opportunity to work on complex AI-driven projects and see your work directly deployed at scale with customers.

What you’ll do

As an integral part of the Delivery team, you will own the client implementation journey - from initial IT integration to full-scale field adoption. You will act as the "Technical Translator," making sure our AI models solve real-world infrastructure problems.

Project Management: Lead the implementation process, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting expectations.

Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating for their success.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular check-ins with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and manage expectations. You’ll collaborate closely with solution architects, sales, product, customer success, and solution engineering teams.

Technical Integration: Work closely with technical teams to manage IT integrations and ensure seamless integration of our software with client systems.

Change Management: implement concrete actions to ensure that users adopt the solution on the field

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables and conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet client requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive improvements in our implementation processes and products.

Within 1 month, you will:

Attend onboarding and master product training.

Shadow experienced team members and take ownership of your first implementation project.

Within 3 months, you will:

Lead implementation projects independently and solve specific technical and operational challenges.

Collaborate with clients to define action plans based on desired business outcomes.

Within 6 months, you will:

Successfully deliver multiple implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our implementation methodologies.

Within 1 year, you will:

Mentor new team members and contribute to the growth of the Delivery department.
