The role

We're growing our recruiting practice and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the real potential to grow into a full-time role. You'll work directly with Atomus clients as an embedded recruiter, managing full-cycle searches across a variety of industries and functions. You'll represent Atomus externally, which means you need to show up polished, proactive, and like you've done this before. This is not a high-volume, transactional recruiting role.

Our clients expect a consultative approach, and we need someone who knows how to read a room, manage expectations, and move searches forward without a lot of hand-holding.
