Responsibilities

: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical candidates, with an emphasis on residency programs. Build and nurture strong relationships with doctors, residents, and clinical staff to understand their career goals and match them with opportunities. Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies. Leverage multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, social media, job boards, and residency programs.

Track and report on candidate engagement, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics. Act as a brand ambassador at events, residency fairs, and other networking opportunities.
