Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to support our recruitment efforts and help attract exceptional talent across the organization. You’ll be joining a nationally recognized Talent Acquisition team to execute effective talent acquisition strategies that support our mission and workforce needs.
Please note, this is a temporary position with full-time schedule and expected duration of approximately 4-6 months. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
Recruitment Partnership & Consultation
Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing recruiting guidance and insights that help improve recruitment effectiveness.
Establish clear expectations, maintain consistent communication, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
Proactively monitor recruiting activity, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure hiring success.
Candidate Attraction & Engagement
Create engaging job postings and identify appropriate recruitment channels.
Conduct candidate screenings and manage follow-up activities throughout the hiring process.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
Team Collaboration & Recruitment Coverage
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to provide recruitment coverage where needed and ensure continuity of service.
Demonstrate flexibility in supporting a variety of departments and hiring teams based on evolving organizational priorities and coverage needs.
Maintain adaptability in a fast-paced environment, readily taking on new assignments and adjusting priorities to support team and organizational goals.
Qualifications

Strong recruiting and relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and candidate experience.
Required
A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
At least one year of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
