Voces Unidas remote jobs and company guide
Voces Unidas de las Montañas is a Latino-led advocacy organization in Colorado
About Voces Unidas
Through groundbreaking community organizing and advocacy, we are revolutionizing the civic landscape for Latinos in the central mountain region of Colorado at Voces Unidas de las Montañas. Founded in 2020 by local leaders, we are the first Latino-created and Latino-led advocacy organization in the region, dedicated to elevating voices that have historically been underrepresented. Our innovative approach combines grassroots organizing, leadership development, and nonpartisan voter engagement to build long-term power and influence for working families.
We are driving systemic change by creating opportunities for Latinas and Latinos to advocate for themselves and take their rightful seats at decision-making tables. By leveraging data-driven strategies and a multi-entity structure—including our 501(c)(3) nonprofit and affiliated 501(c)(4) Action Fund—we address critical issues such as housing, economic mobility, and civil rights. Our work empowers the community to lead the charge in shaping a more equitable and just society, ensuring that the diverse perspectives of the Western Slope are not only heard but are central to the policy decisions that affect their lives.
