Wellness Meets World LLC is a holistic mental health and wellness practice that opened its doors in May 2019 in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Founded by Dr. Tina Onikoyi, a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor, the practice is dedicated to establishing a center for holistic healing that offers innovative services spanning diverse disciplines. We are passionate about promoting holistic well-being by addressing the needs of the mind, body, and soul, with a particular heart and compassion for those who are medically compromised.

Our mission is clear: to make wellness accessible for ALL, irrespective of background, age, or circumstance. We are a group of licensed professionals trained to guide clients on their wellness journey, working with individuals across the lifespan experiencing various degrees of challenges. Our comprehensive range of services includes culture affirmation, career counseling, stress management, depression treatment, life transitions support, grief and loss services, telemental health, person-centered therapy, trauma treatment, anxiety management, and mindfulness practices. With a focus on "total wellness," we approach therapy with an integrative wellness mindset while incorporating cultural affirming and responsive interventions to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.
