• Rubrik is redefining data security and needs a highly organized and analytical professional to help scale the work of its global Transformation Office. The Transformation team is supporting Rubrik to be the definitive cyber resilience partner at the center of every global organization's transformation journey. We enable this through deep CXO & boardroom relationships that empower the C-suite with the ability to drive business outcomes.

About the role

What you’ll do?

• Build, scale, and govern the infrastructure behind Rubrik's value economics program — the engine that gives customers clear, data-backed proof of the value of adopting Rubrik.
• Sit at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business strategy, turning the team's AI ambitions into a governed infrastructure customers can rely on for critical investment decisions.
• Work as part of the broader Value Economics team, partnering directly with sales account executives and systems engineers.
• Drive value economics adoption across small and mid-market opportunities by building robust business cases at scale.
• Use Rubrik's existing tools and models as your foundation, with the autonomy to identify the right route to revenue for each unique opportunity.
• Partner with sales account executives and systems engineers to drive value economics adoption across small and mid-market opportunities
• Build compelling business case presentations and ROI analyses that help customers quantify and justify the value of adopting Rubrik.
• Translate complex data into clear, quantifiable benefit narratives and ROI insights for customer-facing business cases
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality, model accuracy, access control, and audit trails to ensure outputs remain accurate and defensible
• Drive and facilitate meetings with Rubrik sales teams to identify, prioritize, and quantify the business value drivers most relevant for each customer
• Work closely with sales to prioritize opportunities based on value-creation potential and deal size.
• Track and report on the realized value of adopted solutions, closing the loop from business case to outcome.
• Continuously support the build and refinement of the AI models and data infrastructure powering the program, ensuring accuracy and consistency at scale.
• Partner with data, AI, IT, product, and sales teams to align infrastructure with business and customer needs

NOTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS UNDER FEDERAL LABOR LAWS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 1 year of experience in AI/ML infrastructure, data engineering, or analytics roles, ideally within SaaS, enterprise technology, or value-consulting environments
• Proven experience building and scaling data pipelines, with a strong understanding of infrastructure governance, data quality, and model validation practices
• Familiarity with LLM-based tools and modern AI platforms, along with the judgment to evaluate and integrate new technologies responsibly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant narratives - experience with value/ROI-based analytics or business-case development is a plus
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across sales, engineering, product, and business teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
• Prior exposure to data protection, cybersecurity, or infrastructure resilience domains (e.g., backup, recovery, cyber resilience) is a strong plus given Rubrik's business contex
