About Arizona Autism United

At Arizona Autism United, we're a nonprofit organization built by families who experienced firsthand the shortage of quality autism care in our community. Founded in 2006 by CEO Dr. Aaron Blocher-Rubin and a group of local families, we started with just one staff member and a powerful belief: families deserve a voice. Today, we've grown into a leading organization serving over 1000 individuals with autism every day throughout Arizona, offering comprehensive services across the lifespan from diagnosis through adulthood.

What makes AZA United unique is our collaborative approach. We involve the families we serve in building and improving our organization, ensuring our services truly meet community needs. Our team of passionate professionals provides ABA therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, behavioral health services, and family support through home-based, telehealth, and clinic-based treatments. We believe every family and person with autism has their own definition of success, and our job is to help them get there. As a Top Workplace winner, we're committed to work/life balance, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and ongoing professional development for all teammates.
