See how remote work actually feels inside your team.

Collect anonymous evidence on meetings, focus, burnout, documentation, timezone burden, async work, and retention - then compare the team with a privacy-safe pooled benchmark.

Survey versus benchmark

The quarterly survey tells us what remote workers experience. This tells a team where to act.

Quarterly worker survey

A public cross-market view of worker experience, sentiment, preferences, and change over time.

Team benchmark

A repeatable, private operating snapshot with a team cohort, thresholded results, and comparable scores.

Start a benchmark

Describe the team, not the company.

These broad attributes make pooled comparisons useful without collecting an organization name, manager name, employee name, or email address.

Anonymous by design.

No company name, employee name, email, free text, or individual report is collected. A private report key is shown once to the creator. Team results unlock only after 10 responses; public pooled data waits for at least 25 eligible responses.

Useful beyond one team.

Once the pooled threshold is met, current benchmark dimensions publish as JSON and downloadable CSV. Compatible quarterly survey measures remain separately labeled by edition and sample size.

What the score means

Seven dimensions. One directional snapshot.

Each answer maps to a transparent 0-100 direction score. Higher means less meeting load, more focus capacity, lower burnout and timezone strain, stronger documentation and async practice, and a healthier retention outlook. It is not a clinical diagnosis or employee-performance measure.
