About Baker Hughes

Through groundbreaking technology, we are revolutionizing the energy and industrial sectors at Baker Hughes Company. For over a century, our inventions have redefined what's possible, harnessing the power of engineering, data, and science. We are an energy technology company with a diverse portfolio of equipment and service capabilities that span the entire energy and industrial value chain. Our operations are organized into two main segments: Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) and Industrial & Energy Technology (IET). The OFSE segment provides a comprehensive suite of products and services for both onshore and offshore oilfield operations, covering the complete lifecycle of a well from exploration and appraisal to development, production, rejuvenation, and decommissioning. This includes well construction, completions, intervention, measurements, production solutions, and subsea and surface pressure systems.

Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) segment delivers a broad array of domain expertise, technologies, and services to industrial and energy customers. This segment's solutions are pivotal in transforming, transferring, and transporting energy efficiently, while also focusing on capturing and reducing emissions—addressing a core challenge of the energy transition. The IET portfolio includes advanced technologies in gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, generators, gearboxes, and expanders, alongside critical sensor-based technologies and condition monitoring solutions from product brands like Panametrics, Druck, Reuter-Stokes, and Bently Nevada. We are committed to making energy safer, cleaner, and more efficient for people and the planet by developing and deploying innovative technologies and services. This includes a focus on decarbonizing energy and hard-to-abate industries through climate technology solutions and investing in areas like hydrogen production, geothermal energy, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage. With a presence in over 120 countries and approximately 57,000 employees, Baker Hughes combines global scale with local expertise to serve our diverse customer base.
