Black Feminist Future (BFF) is a political hub focused on the dynamic possibilities of galvanizing the social and political power of Black women, girls, and gender-expansive people. Founded in 2014 by Paris Hatcher during protests demanding an end to police violence against Black people, BFF began with salon meetings designed to provide participants with a vision of Black feminism and has grown into a national movement organization.

BFF is a member-centered organization where members help inform work, campaigns, and initiatives. The organization centers leadership development, community care, and joy in order to build the political and social power needed to win concrete changes in the lives of Black women and gender-expansive communities. BFF envisions a world where Black women, girls, and gender-expansive folks are safe, joyful, cared for, powerful, self-determining, and thriving. Their approach to liberation is rooted in building Black feminist power by nurturing fierce individual and organizational leadership, shifting and disrupting the culture of misogynoir, and aligning and strengthening Black feminist movements.
