We're Blackthorn.io, and we're passionate about making your work within Salesforce ridiculously easy. We were founded in 2015 by a few colleagues who noticed a common frustration: Salesforce users were constantly juggling different tools and wrestling with data to perform fundamental tasks. This inefficiency sparked our first solution, a native Salesforce payment processing app. This initial step solved a significant pain point, but we soon realized a much larger disconnect existed, particularly around managing events. We saw teams relying on spreadsheets and third-party tools to plan, execute, and analyze their events, while their most valuable customer data remained isolated within Salesforce. This siloed approach was a barrier to creating truly personalized experiences and accurately measuring the impact of their events.

To bridge this gap, we created Blackthorn Events, bringing the entire event management lifecycle directly into the core system that organizations use every single day. Our suite of Salesforce-native apps empowers companies to leverage the data they already possess to craft more engaging events and track their success with precision. From higher education institutions and nonprofits to healthcare organizations and beyond, teams trust us to extend the power of their CRM and foster stronger connections with their audiences.
