Before this acquisition, Jason and Adam had also co-founded Sunlight Partners in 2010, one of North America's most successful distributed generation developers, where Adam's operational expertise led to the creation of an industry-first programmatic solar project development system. Jason's extensive background in technology, solar, manufacturing, development, and project finance has been instrumental in steering Clēnera's efficient, vertically-integrated approach.
