Since our beginnings in 1964, we have been dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities and delays, along with their families. We were founded as a community-based alternative to institutional care, and over the decades, we've expanded our services based on the core belief that every person deserves full inclusion and participation in community life. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency, and our mission is to enrich the lives of those we support by partnering with them to provide expertise, advocacy, and support in their journey toward a meaningful life. We are proud to be one of Colorado's Community Centered Boards (CCB), connecting people to essential federal, state, county, and private funding. Furthermore, we stand as Colorado's largest Early Intervention (EI) provider, helping young children get the resources they need from the very start.

If for any reason we cannot directly assist an individual or family, we are committed to connecting them with other community partners who can. Our work is centered on person-centered care coordination, helping families navigate the often-complex world of disability services. We don't just provide services; we actively build and nurture community resources to meet the evolving needs of the people we serve. We support individuals across their entire lifespan, from birth through aging, and have extensive experience in assisting those with co-occurring needs.
