About EchoRide

When we started in Gothenburg in 2008, there were hardly any electric bikes on the market. Since then, we have built more than 100,000 electric bikes and are now represented by 200 retailers across four countries. Sustainability and the environment are close to our hearts. In autumn 2022, we moved production back to Gothenburg to bring together production, development, sales, purchasing, and after-sales in the same location. This means fewer transports and shorter lead times, contributing to a more sustainable process. Our electric bikes are designed to make life easier and the planet more sustainable.

We develop all our electric bikes ourselves and handpick the best suppliers. We hand-build, test ride, and package all our Ecoride electric bikes in our own factory in Arendal, Gothenburg. This move to Sweden brings us closer to our markets, and with sales, purchasing, production, and aftermarket all in the same premises, we can make faster decisions and shorten our lead times. Our commitment is to develop the foremost electric bicycles for the Nordic market. We are now taking a big step forward with connected technology and industry-leading theft protection in our new models. We've integrated IoT technology into our latest bikes, allowing users to track the bike's location in real-time, monitor battery status, and receive service reminders via a web app. For added security, we also offer a unique theft insurance that provides a new Ecoride if the bike is stolen, completely without a deductible. We are determined to continue leading the market with innovative solutions and sustainable transport alternatives.
