Educators for Excellence (E4E) is a teacher-led organization that ensures educators have a leading voice in the policies that impact their students and the teaching profession. Founded in 2010 by public school teachers in New York, E4E has grown into a movement of nearly 40,000 educators working together to build a high-quality, diverse teaching profession with the resources and conditions necessary to help every student thrive. The organization operates through chapters in major cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Connecticut.

Together, E4E members research and develop educator-informed solutions, build teacher power, and advocate for policy change at the district, state, and national levels. The organization is perhaps best known for its annual 'Voices from the Classroom' survey series, a nationally representative survey that captures the views and opinions of educators across the country on critical education issues. E4E focuses on developing teacher leadership and power to drive issue advocacy campaigns that shape policy, contracts, and the national conversation around public education.
