Our history dates back to 1975 when Rich Ferguson launched the agency in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after a career on Madison Avenue during the 'Mad Men' era. Soon after, Nancy Wright joined him, and together they built a respected agency serving prominent businesses in northeast Indiana. In 2002, a new chapter began when Rich's son, John Ferguson, and Nancy Wright purchased the agency, steering it towards future growth by acquiring a creative shop and investing in emerging digital capabilities.

Our commitment to evolution continued, and in 2016, we significantly expanded our digital development team by acquiring a web design and development company. This move strengthened our full-service offerings, enabling us to compete effectively with digital-only agencies. The agency's leadership evolved further in 2019 when Kyle Martin became a partner and President, with John Ferguson taking on the role of CEO and Nancy Wright becoming the Chief Employee Experience Officer. A major milestone in 2021 was the acquisition of Scofield Digital Storytelling, an award-winning video production company, which grew our talented team to over 50 individuals and added an office in Indianapolis. Throughout our growth and changes, our core principles have remained steadfast.
