We are the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a national non-profit dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals. Since our founding in 1982, we have served as a vital resource for Latinos in the workplace and a subject matter expert for corporations seeking to access diverse talent. We are passionate about building a world where Latinos reach their full potential for themselves and their communities, ensuring that our members have the insight, access, and support to be successful in their careers.

Our work is driven by a commitment to positively impact the American workplace by cultivating the pipeline of Latino talent. We offer a variety of leadership development programs for professionals working in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including our Mujeres de HACE and Hombres de HACE programs. We work with employers to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic economy by helping them attract, develop, and retain Latino and diverse professionals.
