We are the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a national non-profit dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals. Since our founding in 1982, we have served as a vital resource for Latinos in the workplace and a subject matter expert for corporations seeking to access diverse talent. Our work is driven by a commitment to positively impact the American workplace by cultivating the pipeline of Latino talent. We offer a variety of leadership development programs for professionals working in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including our Mujeres de HACE and Hombres de HACE programs.
