We are a team of helpers, accountants, engineers, and designers who are passionate about supporting therapists in managing their finances. Therapists often lack training in accounting, leaving them to rely on a patchwork of DIY tools, spreadsheets, and costly professional advice. Founded in 2019 by Andrew Riesen and Victoria Li, Heard serves to empower therapists, allowing them to focus on their core work of helping clients rather than getting bogged down by financial administration.
