Innovative Integrated Health (IIH) is a customer-centric organization dedicated to serving the elderly and enabling them to live with dignity and independence in their own homes. IIH addresses this by providing a comprehensive alternative through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This unique model of care is designed for individuals aged 55 and over who require a nursing home level of care but can safely live in the community with the support of PACE services.
