LaunchX ignites your passion as an entrepreneur and innovator by providing rigorous, yet practical high school summer camps online and in-person at university campuses. Your goal at LaunchX is to start a real company. As educators, our metric for success isn’t the creation of successful companies but the creation of entrepreneurs. That means we’ll help you develop the entrepreneurial mindset to be decisive problem solvers –capable of identifying opportunities, prototyping, user testing, and pitching. By the end of the program, all startup teams are to come together and gain market validation.

This includes working within a team environment, exploring a startup opportunity through market research and development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and launching the offering into the marketplace. Since 2012, LaunchX has evolved significantly, beginning at MIT and expanding to multiple locations and programs. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we moved online and maintained record participation. Today, we offer a variety of programs including Online BootCamp and the Innovation Program, continuously adapting to meet the needs of high school students passionate about entrepreneurship.
