At New_ Public, we're a nonprofit R&D lab reimagining social media and digital public spaces. We work by partnering with community stewards, moderators, and public institutions to co-design digital spaces that serve people. Our approach is rooted in removing obstacles to meaningful connection and making life better for everyone, especially communities that have been underestimated by mainstream tech platforms. Through initiatives like the Public Spaces Incubator and our Civic Signals research, we're building both prototypes and a field of organizations committed to healthy digital public life.
