We are Northwest Open Access Network (NoaNet), a non-profit public benefit broadband organization established in 2000 to bridge the digital divide in Washington State. Founded by several Public Utility Districts (PUDs), our mission has always been to bring high-speed connectivity to unserved and underserved rural communities.
