This strategic move was designed to strengthen Egen's position as a leading pure-play services partner focused on advanced data and AI applications within the Google Cloud ecosystem. Following the acquisition, Qarik began operating under the Egen brand, with Joe Schenk taking on the role of Chief Client Officer for the newly combined company.
