Rencore was founded in Sweden in 2013 by two SharePoint consultants who consistently faced the challenge of varying standards and quality in coded customizations. This led to the creation of SPCAF, the pioneering SharePoint Code Analysis Tool that gained worldwide recognition and laid the foundation for Rencore. Our initial mission was centered on keeping code clean and pure (Ren is Swedish for 'pure') to prevent issues. As organizations began migrating from on-premises Microsoft tools to the cloud in the late 2010s, Rencore adapted and led the way by developing a Microsoft 365 governance SaaS solution. Today, Rencore Governance stands as a unique tool covering all major Microsoft 365 services, offering a unified management layer to simplify and scale governance approaches.
