Upon returning to his hometown of Prague, he was inspired to establish a company that utilized an embedded recruitment model, a concept he had seen succeed in London. With a small, dedicated team of expert recruiters, Tribe.xyz embarked on its mission, initially partnering with several Berlin-based companies.

The early days saw rapid growth, with the team expanding from just two individuals to seven within the first year, securing partnerships with notable names such as TIER Mobility and Kayak. Like many, Tribe.xyz faced the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the company weathered the storm, retaining all its full-time staff and resuming new contract acquisitions by September 2020. The following year, 2021, marked a period of exponential growth. Starting with 13 employees, Tribe.xyz expanded its reach across the continent, serving multiple unicorn companies including Wolt, N26, and Solaris Bank, and closing the year with over 60 'Tribesters'. This upward trajectory continued, and by the end of 2023, the team had surpassed 100 members.
