WinTech, established in 2018, is an international non-profit community aimed at empowering and connecting female leaders in the technology and online business sectors. Founded by Viktoriya Tigipko and Viroslava Novosylna, WinTech arose from the need to address the gender disparities prevalent in the tech industry. As a response to the low representation of women in tech leadership positions and startups, the organization provides a supportive environment for women to develop their careers through mentoring, networking, and educational resources.

Throughout its journey, WinTech has evolved to meet the changing needs of its members. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the community pivoted to offer digitalization support, helping businesses transition to online models. Additionally, following the onset of war in Ukraine, WinTech has actively supported displaced women from the tech sector, assisting them in finding new opportunities and expanding their networks. With over 7000 members in 31 countries, WinTech champions diversity and inclusivity while advocating for women's advancement in technology. The organization also collaborates with various partners to host events and workshops that equip women with the necessary skills and resources to thrive in their careers.
