Our journey began over 25 years ago when our co-founder, Tim Spector, studied 13,000 twins to understand how genes, gut microbes, and lifestyle choices affect health. He discovered that even identical twins react differently to the same foods, proving there's no one-size-fits-all diet. This insight is at the heart of what we do.
