DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring across our Functional Service Partnerships (FSP) business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong pipelines of qualified talent across life sciences functions. Working closely with recruiters and hiring teams, you will develop sourcing strategies, conduct talent market research, and build diverse candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for career opportunities across multiple therapeutic and functional areas.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs within clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, data sciences, and related disciplines.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks, referrals, and industry associations.
- Conduct candidate outreach and engagement campaigns to generate interest in Thermo Fisher Scientific career opportunities.
- Perform candidate screening and qualification conversations to assess experience, skills, availability, and location alignment.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business requirements and talent market conditions.
- Conduct talent mapping and labor market research to provide insights on candidate availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and geographic talent pools.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives by identifying and engaging talent from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide recommendations regarding sourcing strategies and talent availability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to enhance the overall candidate experience and employer brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. Additional professional certifications in HR or recruitment considered as a plus
- 3+ Years of experience in End to End Recruitment cycle . Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferred
- • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
- • Strong knowledge of social media and sourcing techniques
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- • Experience with Boolean search techniques and recruitment databases
- • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- • Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
