Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, contract addenda, NDAs, termination letters and other customer - facing document Maintain contract templates, oversee internal approval workflows, and collaborate with insurance brokers on contractual endorsements Provide ongoing training and training sessions to the Americas Sales Team on legal matters Monitor regulatory developments impacting EcoVadis business, assess potential implications and risks, and provide timely updates and recommendations on actions needed to address upcoming
