At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.
As the Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery at Vanta, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing development of integrations across categories, driving direct customer impact through new integrations and expanded capabilities. Vanta currently manages a catalog of over 430 integrations that help customers continuously monitor their compliance and generate the evidence needed to satisfy audit. You’ll drive planning and delivery for a wide range of integration categories and capabilities, such as HRIS/IDP systems, cloud and security platforms, and ticketing systems, building on top of the integrations platform. This role requires cross-team collaboration, some technical fluency, and strong frameworks and prioritization.
You’ll be part of Vanta’s Automation group, which owns how customers discover and connect to other platforms through integrations, use that data to power product experiences and tests, drive customers toward compliance-related security outcomes, and ultimately generate the evidence required for audit. You will operate in a few different modes to build your roadmap, balancing direction from other product teams, customer input, and your own prioritization framework to make the right investments. Plus, you will get wide exposure to most parts of Vanta’s products.
What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery at Vanta:
- Manage the integrations development roadmap, determining which new integrations and capabilities are built based on inputs from other product teams, customers, business goals, and your own prioritization.
- Pair closely with engineering and design counterparts to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and make crucial decisions about integration depth, capability, and sequencing.
- Pair with the integration partnership lead to activate the right partners ahead of integration development and manage ongoing enhancements
- Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing integrations.
- Work directly with customers to understand integration needs and document/prioritize their feedback.
- Help tell the story around integrations with collaboration on marketing and field activities, training, and enablement. You’ll also help market our integrations and make them easier to discover and configure.
- Measure and communicate metrics around integration breadth and depth, with an eye toward data availability and solving customer compliance needs.
How to be successful in this role
- Have 4+ years supporting integration delivery, with an established track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations. Ideally, you’ve owned an integration catalog or category before.
- Have a good sense of prioritization frameworks that help you effectively focus and sequence integrations work across teams.
- Possess strong collaboration and communication skills, with comfort pairing with other product teams and stakeholders across the business.
- Be technically fluent with comfort in integrations-related technology areas like APIs, authentication, and permissions
- Be a strong planner, with experience coordinating multiple workstreams at once and keeping stakeholders informed and confident.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

About Vanta
We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
