This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who is equal parts detail-oriented strategist, patient mentor, and proactive problem-solver. You will take ownership of the entire program lifecycle, from onboarding new members and conducting meticulous compliance audits to delivering impactful training sessions and optimizing system configurations always acting with our 'End of the Line' philosophy to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations across Marketing, Owner Relations, and Concierge teams.

Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on program policies, operational requirements, and member benefits. Maintain reporting dashboards and prepare monthly performance reports on program activity, utilization, and KPIs. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all operational data to support data-driven decision-making. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, call coaching, and development initiatives for booking, fulfillment, and cross-departmental teams (Owner Relations, Concierge, Front Desk, Activities, etc.). Develop, update, and maintain training materials, process documentation, and operational resources. Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support to employees across the organization regarding program questions and requests. Maintain and optimize system configurations, including TravelClick rate plans, Interval memberships, and package inventory. Support the testing, implementation, and rollout of system enhancements and process improvements. Collaborate with Marketing, Owner Relations, Exchange Support, and other departments to ensure program alignment and effectiveness. Manage assigned projects and operational initiatives, including incentive programs, from planning through execution. Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and escalate strategic or cross-functional decisions to the Senior Manager as needed.
