Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Solutions Analyst to join our Maintenance Team; this role will support the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for our Acute Care member clinics. This role consults with members and internal staff to provide solutions that offer accurate, secure, and efficient workflows, with a focus on quality financial outcomes for our member organizations.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction. Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.

Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams.
